Order Form

1. Please read the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Once the order form have been sent, it is understood that you clearly understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions. To place an order, please email us at mesmerizingclozet@gmail.com with the following details:

- Delivery Address:
- Product ID:
- Size (if applicable):
- Color(if applicable):
- Product Quantity:
- Mode of Payment (ATM/Internet Banking Fund transfer):
- Mode of Delivery (Normal/Registered Mail):

2. We will process your order once we receive your mail. You will receive a confirmation mail stating:

- The confirmed items that you have ordered
- The confirmed total amount payable
- The designated POSB Savings Account No.

* For out-of-stock items, we will inform you of the unavailability. However, we will inform you once the new stock items have arrived to keep you in the loop :)

(No reservations of items are allowed)

3. You may proceed with the payment and let us know once the payment have been made before we send for delivery
(To be done within 3 days upon receiving confirmation mail or be subjected to cancellation of order)
