- Mode of Payment (ATM/Internet Banking Fund transfer):
- Mode of Delivery (Normal/Registered Mail):

2. We will process your order once we receive your mail. You will receive a confirmation mail stating:

- The confirmed items that you have ordered
- The confirmed total amount payable
- The designated POSB Savings Account No.

* For out-of-stock items, we will inform you of the unavailability. However, we will inform you once the new stock items have arrived to keep you in the loop :)

(No reservations of items are allowed)

3. You may proceed with the payment and let us know once the payment have been made before we send for delivery

No Bargaining as all the prices stated are fixed.
Deadbuyers will be blacklisted. If full payment is not made within 3 days after confirmation mail sent by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
No cancellation of order is allowed once payment have been made.
All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items will be inspected for defects before delivery to customers.
We are not liable for any mistakes made by the customers. Please ensure that you enter the correct details in the order form as well as enter the correct account No. for payment.
For sizing issues, we have done our utmost to arrive at the most accurate size measurements of our products. Customers are to ensure that they take note of the size measurements stated before placement of order.
Delivery Charges

What is Normal/Unregistered Mail?
Normal mail is whereby the postman simply drop-off the package into your letterbox; and there is no way to track the package if it gets lost or mis-directed. Should the normal mail option be chosen, please note that we will not be held responsible for items lost/damaged through normal mail. Our responsibility ends upon posting out of item.
What is Registered Mail?
Registration service provides a means to ensure delivery of the article to the addressee, as the addressee has to acknowledge receipt of the registered article.

Why use Registered Mail?This service is ideal for confidential or important items that require special handling, processing and accountability. Registered mail is optional but highly recommended.

Delivery fees:
Normal – SGD$1.50
Registered – Additional of SGD$2.24

For Example:
Product Cost= SGD$25

(NORMAL Mail) Total Cost = $25 + $1.50 = $26.50

(REGISTERED Mail) Total Cost = $25 + $1.50 + $2.24 = $28.74

**Delivery Charges will be paid by us for NORMAL MAIL = FREE! =)

**For customers who opt for Registered Mail, the additional SGD$2.24 will have to be paid by customers.
